- 01Yes, we offer convenient and free parking for all clients. You can park right in front of the studio or across the street — just a few steps away.

- 03Walk-ins are welcome if a teacher is available. However, to ensure your preferred time and the best experience, we recommend booking 1–2 days in advance via LINE OA (https://www.facebook.com/noagepilates)or Instagram.(https://www.instagram.com/noagepilates)
- 04Yes, we provide showers, restrooms, and comfortable changing areas. We kindly ask that you bring your own towel.
- 05We offer Private, Duet classes, and kids’ classes — all conducted using Pilates machines. Our kids’ classes also use equipment specifically designed for children.
- 06Yes, we welcome both complete beginners and first-timers. Each class begins with an assessment of your body and strength level, so we can adjust the difficulty accordingly. Our instructors provide close guidance to help you train safely and confidently.
- 07Our studio uses premium Pilates equipment imported from abroad, including a full set of Reformers, Cadillacs, Ladder Barrels, and other professional accessories. All machines are carefully maintained to ensure maximum safety and effectiveness. You can view photos of our equipment on the “Gallery”(/gallery) page.
- 08Yes! We have a complimentary café corner serving organic teas, Nichi Matcha green tea, and freshly roasted coffee by Simple City. You’re welcome to enjoy a drink before or after class — or take it to go. You can see photos of our café on the Gallery (/gallery)page.

Simply search “noage Pilates Club” on Google Maps.(https://g.co/kgs/XQ98c4h) Directions: • Drive along Rama III Road • After passing Bangkok Bank, turn into Soi 54 • About 150 meters in, you’ll see a black building on the right Parking: Available both in front of the studio and across the street.
